The Main Street America Group offers a comprehensive, value-added benefits program to promote your health and financial security and allow you to focus on taking care of our customers better than anyone else.

Main Street America provides health and welfare plans to promote our employees’ health and well-being and provide a safety net in times of need.
 

  • Medical: Comprehensive coverage including preventative care and prescription drugs.  Coverage begins at day one of employment.
  • Dental and Vision: Dental coverage includes preventative and restorative services and orthodontia for children. Vision coverage includes annual exam, eyeglass lenses and frames and contact lenses.  Coverage begins at day one of employment.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): Save for eligible health care and dependent care expenses with a tax-free FSA.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA): Save for retirement and eligible healthcare expenses with a tax-free HSA. In addition to your contributions, Main Street America contributes to this account (if you enroll in the HSA medical plan).
  • Life Insurance: Coverage at 1.5 times your annual salary at no cost to you. Supplemental life insurance is also available for purchase. 
  • Disability: Short-term and long-term disability programs to provide you with financial security during a qualifying absence from work. 
  • Wellness Incentive: Annual monetary incentive for you and your covered spouse for completing wellness-related activities. 
  • Employee Assistance Program: Confidential service to provide support and guidance during difficult times. 
  • Peerfit: Monthly credits to take classes at local fitness studios. 
  • Accident and Critical Illness Plans: Assist with your non-medical and medical out-of-pocket expenses.

  • Pension Plan: Main Street America fully funds this benefit on your behalf and the account grows with interest until the balance is withdrawn. You are vested after three years in this account.
  • 401(k): Main Street America makes a matching contribution to your 401(k) account up to 4% of pay. You are immediately vested in this account.
